The brass decorations and woodcrafted furniture make this place a heritage style venue. The gym is really good and the pool is clean and big. There is a good problem resolution from the managers, they really made an effort to make our experience pleasant, it is wonderful to see women as managers at reception, they are so nice and proactive, very professional, also...

“El hotel ocupa un edificio muy bonito, en torno a una magnífica piscina. Sin embargo, da la impresión de que se trata de un hotel demasiado grande y eso le impide tener un mantenimiento adecuado, lo que se traduce en habitaciones claramente envejecidas. Las sábanas tenían bolitas que resultaban bastante incómodas, y la wifi, de pago, no funcionó bien. El desayuno, aceptable. Eso sí, los empleados fueron muy amables y serviciales.”

“Had issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.”

“This hotel is within walking distance of the train station. If you are American this would compare to a Motel 6. Not European sparkling clean, but hygienic. The staff is wonderfully helpful and the roof top resturant is very good. I arrived after midnight and although the restuarant was offically closed for room service, they broght dinner.”
