“This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

“We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. ”

“Cute charming older home in a great area! The back window was broken and not fixed which didn’t feel good. Beds were soft. Otherwise a great place.”

Our daughter is a senior and we wish we found Debra's cottage 4 years ago when our daughter was a freshman. I highly recommend for a couple or family with 1-2 kids. My mother in law joined and it was a perfect and comfortable place to stay.”

“The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too.”

“This is at least our fourth stay at Clelias Cottage. We continue to return because it's a great space located in the beautiful Circle C neighborhood - great area to walk in green spaces, less than a mile to the Wildflower gardens, minutes from the highway but super quiet, easy to access whatever you want to do in Austin and about 35 minutes to Hill Country! “House was great, just really disappointed. Listing showed two great pictures of a fireplace on the patio, except when we got there, we found out we could not use it. Emailed owner twice during stay, no response. Keypad for door entry turned off 10:35 am when check out is 11:00 am. Overall great property would never stay with this owner again, just poorly managed and expectations not met.”

“The house was wonderful, cozy, comfortable and the owner was 30 steps away when we needed dishwasher soap. The two block walk to the town square with restaurants, shopping, wine tasting room and THREE ice cream stores was too good to be true. Lawrence (the owner) met us at the property, instructed us on the appliances and made us welcome. There are two more units (a one bdrm and a two bdrm) on the property which would be a great group gathering place in a wonderful town.”

“This was a great location and a lovely home. Great owner communication. It was close enough to all the fun stuff but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The front porch was great and I appreciated the fan (not used to Texas humidity!). It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much!”

“Nice property but, the elevators being out and the building layout are not great. It’s hard to find the stairs and only one elevator works…. That’s a problem The apartment was comfortable and large. Location was pretty good, QUIET and that’s a whole two stars. ”
