“The host was very responsive to my questions. Answered in a timely manner. The location is very close to UT Austin. It is an apartment building that seems to house a lot of UT students. We were there over a weekend and it was very quiet. It is an older building but seems to be well maintained. Our only issues were with the little things. Two wash clothes in the entire apartment that sleeps 4-6 people. No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes. No hangers in the closets. The pillows need replaced....

“The apartment had a filthy floor. I put clean socks on and they were black and I mean black after walking from the bedroom to the bathroom. The paint, walls and floors were all shotty work. The front door which was the worst had previously been kicked in. The deadbolt for security was loose and easily broken into. They called security to come and fix it but the guy that showed up was in the apartment for less than 60 seconds. They said he would come back but he never did. I had set up cameras in...
