“The apartment doesn’t look the same in person as it does in the photos. It’s an older complex and connected to other units . It was clean enough but did have a musty dank smell possibly from past water leaks or odors from another unit. Because it’s a bottom floor apartment the lights and sounds from the parking lot were somewhat of an issue. There was a lot going out there including some car repairs. The interstate and train tracks are also very close . Probably not ideal for solo female...

“This apartment was pretty basic but met our needs just fine. It was a great location near UT, easy parking and very quiet. We did not cook but the kitchen seems to have what you would need if you did. Decor was simple but nice, bed/pillows are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a luggage stand or other table on which to put a suitcase.
