Excellent house, nice location

I was in town for a big convention and was looking for a place close to where i needed to be but also in a good neighborhood with easy access to things... This house was the perfect fit... It is in a great location, easy access to get to downtown and the house itself is quite nice inside... very clean, stocked very well and the owner was great on communication... The house is definitely larger than it appears from the outside as well... It was comfortable inside and i travel quite often but this was one of the few houses that i slept very well in and my oura ring confirms that! I really have no complaints here.. the wife was not working but thankfully i was not needing it often because were out so much but the cell phone internet is quite spotty there so thats one thing to be aware but other than that, this was a house that i not only recommend but i will absolutely be staying at in the future

Small Family Reunion

Comfortable stay, priced right.

Host was pro-active with communications before and during. Minor issues like non-functional lights and a remote that couldn’t adjust volume. Nice kitchen. Convenient access to downtown Austin. Accurate description. Accommodated 4 adults well.

Clean and Quiet

This is a great house in a calm neighborhood, which is difficult to find in Austin. The home is clean and well furnished with lots of space for family. The fenced back yard is room with plenty of seating. Host is spot on with communication, expectations and prompt responses. This is our second stay in this property and is now our "go to" place when visiting Austin.

Everything was great!

We stayed here for a few days with our 2 dogs. The dogs had so much space in the back yard to play. The property was clean and had everything we needed with lots of room for 3 people and 2 dogs. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and was close by to plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. We will definitely be staying here again our next visit ☺️

Great location, very comfortable

We had a great stay here. Internet was hit or miss so made working remotely tough, but overall this is a very cute and clean 5 star property — would absolutely stay again and probably will! Comfy beds 👍

Weekend stay

Everything was very clean and well equipped. We especially were pleased to have the use of a fully appointed kitchen as we cooked daily. One suggestion would be to add a few smaller pots to go with the large one you have currently. Very nice stay for us!

Austin visit

Couldn’t be happier with our stay, the house is just as pictured, very spacious, clean, comfy beds, and beautifully decorated. A quick drive to downtown Austin, it was just what we needed, only wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Place in Austin

We had a great time and would stay there again, if we are ever back in Austin. The weather did not allow for us to use the backyard but other than that we had a great time and the house was in a perfect location to get wherever we needed to go. Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent Stay

The property is just like the photos. The home is well taken care of and very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our sisters trip (6 of us) because of the location and the space for all of us to relax in one room or another. The host was fantastic. Very responsive to our questions and needs. We needed an extra hair dryer and one was delivered the same day as our request. You cannot go wrong with the property or the host. Simply the BEST!

50th Bday

Absolutely loved the property. Everything you might need is close. The location was perfect! The backyard was the perfect size for my family and our fur baby. The fire pit was perfect for relaxing in the evening and making smores. And our hosts were very friendly and provided everything to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be back!
