The Spicewood neighborhood puts you at the edge of Austin’s most beautiful natural spaces. You’re less than 20 minutes from picturesque Lake Travis, with boating, jet skiing, and zip lining. Even closer, you’ll find St. Edward’s Greenbelt, a scenic retreat with nature trails along creeks and small waterfalls. Cheer on Austin FC at Q2 Stadium nearby, or dine, drink, and play at The Domain. Don’t skip the Tibetan dumplings at Monk ’s Momo, less than a mile from the property!

Lamar (≈1.4 mi) runs every 15–20 min straight to the city center. Weekday commuters can park at nearby Great Hills Park-&-Ride and catch Express 982 (≈30 min to downtown), or board the MetroRail Red Line at McKalla Station (4.4 mi) for a breezy train ride to downtown, Crestview, or Leander.
For quick last-mile or late-night hops, Lime and Bird scooters plus BCycle e-bikes can be unlocked anywhere along Burnet Rd and the Domain; Uber and Lyft operate city-wide 24/7 (Waymo self-driving rides also available in Austin). We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

Pool was clean and heated: perfect size and depth for our 3 grandchildren The house was comfortable,in a nice neighborhood. I was not well shelved: we needed: salt & pepper, coffee filters, sugar mustard, things that normally are in the shelves.
