I’ve stayed in the One Fine Bnb several times. I keep coming back because it’s cozy, clean, and feels like home away from home.You won’t regret this perfect choice which is convenient to 6th street, the Capitol and just. Walk away from UT’s campus.

Great stay for an Austin getaway …

This property is in a great location and has everything you need for an Austin getaway. The condo is secure, convenient, clean and modern. An added bonus was the gated garage parking, and outdoor patio with views capturing a bit of the city. The check-in process was so seamless, and there was great communication when we had inquiries. Thanks for being such great VRBO hosts.

Fantastic 4-Day Getaway

My husband and I were in Austin for the NCAA track championships and really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great! Took us only 5 minutes to get to the stadium. Less than a mile from 6th Street and has a view of the Capital. Also very close to P. Terry’s, Starbucks and many other fast food restaurants on 15th Street. We went for a walk every morning and enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood. The condo has nice amenities - especially the kitchen. There is an outdoor common area with beautiful views of downtown and a balcony - both were great for relaxing in the morning and evening. The couch and super comfy bean bag were great for chilling and reading a good book. The only negative - and a small one - would be the shower. It could have used a little more scrubbing of the floor and the base of the shower doors. Overall was an awesome stay in Austin, and we would stay here again!

Ideal Stay & Location

This place was in a great location and super close to downtown. Everything was clean and the listing was accurate. We enjoyed that there was a full kitchen, a nice shower, a little room for laundry, and a comfy bed with a big tv. The living room area was cozy and a perfect area to relax and turn on the tv. We heard no noise from the neighbors or out on the streets, and we felt very safe in the condo. The host is also very accommodating. We would for sure stay here again in the future!

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Comfortable and clean with a full kitchen, comfy bed, and within walking distance of downtown. Off-street, secure parking and private laundry are a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Choice

I gave this a strong 5-Star rating not only because it was perfect for what my needs were, but the accuracy of the listing enabled me to determine that before I reserved it. To me, nothing is more important than knowing what you are getting. And this was my best experience with VRBO in terms of reality meeting expectations. As for more specifics: great location, extremely clean, comfortable bed (I have a bad back), stress-free check-in and check-out process, good/safe parking and overall safety of the property. Will definitely try to stay here every trip I have in Austin -- this is my undisputed new personal favorite.

Modern flat in excellent location

This flat is modern, well-equipped and in a quiet and safe area of Austin but within walking distance of UT, the Capitol and downtown. We stayed here for two weeks, so appreciated the kitchen had all the basics for making/re-heating basic meals and a washer/dryer for doing laundry. The apartment was quiet (no neighbor noise), has secured, covered parking and a security gate for pedestrian access. Restaurants and a large Whole Foods are nearby and walkable. Bed was comfy (although perhaps a bit too big for the bedroom) and a large walk-in closet provided plenty of space for clothes. For two people visiting Austin, this was really a great place, and we would definitely stay here again!

From Florida to Austin

This place was perfect in every way for a 1 couple get away it had everything you need , modern kitchen and hot shower, comfy bed with a big tv in the bedroom & even nicer in person from the photos posted , Located in a very nice , quiet and safe area . It’s about an 8 block walk to the nice part of 6th street and other downtown food and bars , but does not feel like a long walk at all and a cheap Uber or Lyft ride . Not the place I would stay if ya wanna be too wild & loud w friends but def perfect for a couple or small family or solo mission . We were very happy with our stay. Thank You

Perfect ACL Fest Weekend!

My boyfriend and I were in town for ACL Fest and this was the perfect condo for our stay. Clean, quiet, and convenient! We spent the days in the nearby downtown area and either walked (15 mins) or Ubered to Lifetime gym, Whole Foods, and went to the Sunday service at LifeAustin Downtown before making our way to ACL Fest (an hour walk or a 10-15 min Uber). Great host! Great property!
