This place was good for 2 nights. Big kitchen, nice bedroom. Bathtub only allowed for a shower, lots of lightbulbs out. Dining room lights didn’t work at all. Elevator was out. We were on the 3rd floor.

Good location. Password was not working so had to sit and wait outside for someone to change it, light was also going out in living room area. WiFi also was not working. Otherwise it was nice.

The property is fairly new and has a nice location, near a huge shopping center with everything you need. Don't try to check in early; the door will only unlock after 4 PM. Our unit had a lamp that did not work, a big metal rod sticking out of the couch that I couldn't prop back under, a VERY loud washing machine, and a SQUEAKY bed. The code I was given for the gym, clubhouse etc did not work. The property was not helpful when I asked about this, insisting that I talk to my booking agency about it. The gate was open for 6 out of my 7 days. On the last day it was closed but I don't even know if that code worked to open the car gate as we could just sneak in as someone else left. The tanning bed in the gym/clubhouse does not work (it looked brand new) and they don't appear to care or have any idea if it will ever be fixed.

Great location and nice appliances. However, the couch was filthy, we covered it with a sheet daily before sitting on it. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable also. We had to layer multiple blankets on the sofa bed for some sort of cushion from the springs. Also, the entire stay, we were very itchy in the unit. It seemed as though there may have been fleas present. I say fleas because you can clearly see that there has been dogs in the unit by the amount of dog hair/fur on our socks and dark clothing. Please consider completing a deep deep clean of the unit and trading out the plastic cooking utensils with wooden utensils.

Smoke detectors were disconnected and in the closet. Furniture was in very poor condition there was zero information on how to get on WiFi, how to use TV, no safety or evacuation plan displayed, no information about the pool or fitness room use or location (of fitness room) only nice thing was they did have laundry detergent packets for use. For being a “superior room” it sucked. Definitely not a quality stay.

Had a hard time checking in and my experience with both Expedia and the property was a challenge. But the property was nice, clean and comfortable. Also, I wasn’t able to take advantage of the amenities at the property. The instructions said the key was in the basket. There was a fob and I tried accessing the pool and gym but was unable to.

This condo is very nice, clean and has a great location. The bed, however, doesn't have a box spring. There is a wooden jigsaw puzzle under the bed that collapses if one piece moves. We ended up on the floor because of that and got no help after repeated calls to repair the problem.When finally fixed, the bed was TERRIBLE to sleep on. I ended up with a sore back and my husband slept on the couch. The sleeper couch has a mattress about as thick as paperback. That was of no use, not to mention the torn sheet that went with it. The closed couch was the best sleeping spot. It is a shame that such a nice condo is sorely neglected in this way. So many great features, but nowhere to get a good night's sleep.

We arrived at the property on Friday and it was very hot inside. We contacted Expedia as well as property management for help with the AC. Upon check out on Monday no one had come to help or look at AC. The bed linens also had hair all over them as well as hair and filth all over the couch. I made attempts everyday to get some help and no one came. Definitely not a great stay or company to work with.

My husband and I stayed here with our puppy for 2 nights. When we first arrived, they didn’t give us the password to get into the apartment so we had to call customer service. Luckily they gave us the code so we got in. However, after walking into the apartment, we saw an absolute MESSS. Bed sheets not made, pillows on floor, cabinets wide open. The room was not ready. We called customer service back and they transferred us to a different room. Only this time we realized this room wasn’t ready either with no paper towels, shower towels or trash bags. So that was upsetting. Then to top it off, my husband and I went to the grocery store for 15 minutes and left our puppy. When we came back, we were locked out of the apartment and had to call AGAIN for them to help us gain access as they changed the code on us . Overall it was not a good experience. The one thing I will say, is the customer service team was great with solving our issues. They did their best. I just don’t think this property is responsible enough to have a listing up right now.

No beds, dirty blankets, unflushed toilet

This was terrible. We arrived with a bed thatbwas completely dismantled, just one dirty blanket, the toilet was not flushed and no toilet paper. I halfway expected to find a severed head hiding. I let management know and they said they'd come and refill toilet paper and give blankets, but they never did. When I complained, I never heard back. Do not book here.

The property wasn’t cleaned when we checked in and there was an unmade and dirty Bed, pubic hair in the tub, garbage bins full and towels dirty in a pile on the floor. I would avoid this property like the plague.
