Comfort and style

With all the amenities was a great and comfortable stay for my friend and I to stay at for our time in Austin. Walking distance to coffee and food and not too far from downtown.

My friends and I came in for Austin Food+Wine. Space worked for two couples, plenty of room. Location was great, a variety of food options near by. Two designated parking spots was a huge plus. Would definitely book rental again.

Great Place for seeing Austin

Fantastic property and great neighborhood. House is as good as it looks in pictures. Previous comments have mentioned construction, but that is over and there was little noise. I loved being able to walk to the Asian markets and the CapMetro station.

Nice and cozy little home

First things first, the con the stairs has a slight high incline so if you have bad knees, it would be best to stay in the bottom. Now the good stuff, nice little cozy home with access to restaurants and breweries. Everything is walkable within the area. If I have business in the Austin area again, I will definitely come back to this little cozy space.

Cute weekend rental

Very quite…not too far from UT campus but not walkable. Had all the amenities. There was no TV in the master bedroom so bring an iPad or use your phone for viewing. There was also confusion on the entry code and door code so it took us about 15 minutes to enter the home.

Texas-Alabama Weekend

My husband and I came to town for the Texas v Alabama football game. The location of the condo was close to campus and downtown, making it easy to get to and from the game. The home was clean and decorated well! We enjoyed the backyard area with plenty of seating and a grill. The WiFi and TV worked great, and we had a wonderful time playing board games left by the host!! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Covered parking provided directly in front of the condo. Checking in and out was simple. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Great place. Great location.

This home was spotless and adorable. Both are important to me when on vacation. The location was great. We walked to Barret's coffee and The Long Play bar and the grocery store. The kitchen is equipped for basic meals. Rooms and bathrooms are very sizeable. Our fam of 4 didnt feel cramped at all. Both beds are queen size. One room sleeps darker than the other. Towels and linens were comfy. There are 2 cats that seem to roam the addition. We enjoyed them both.

Great condo!

The condo is in a great neighborhood and is either newly built or newly remodeled. It has all the comforts of home including an outdoor deck and grill making for a wonderful family gathering place. There were books and games available for use as well. Both bedrooms are up a fairly steep set of stairs which may be a problem for some. The keyless entry made coming and going easy and the two covered parking spaces were great when it rained. I would definitely recommend this place if stairs aren’t a problem!

Awesome place!

The place was VERY clean and seemed brand new. It had everything we needed and we really liked the fact that we didn’t have to meet up with anyone to get in, we just used a key code. However, because it was a key code, for safety reasons, I’d recommend putting a secondary lock (like a chain or deadbolt) on the door. It was a little unsettling knowing that anyone who knew the code could come in at anytime. Other than that, the place was amazing!

Nice house. Weak property management company

Good locale. Tastefully decorated. However, Vacasa is terrible to work with. The electronic keypad didn’t work on check in, which took 30 minutes to resolve. It didn’t work again upon 1st return. I texted for help. 1.5 hours later I was asked if red or green light. I was told 200 text conversations in the que. Vacasa also nicely didn’t equip with any trash bags or paper towels. Hopefully, the owner switches management. Otherwise, a no go on future stay.

It was a precious place that had anything and everything we needed. We had a tiny issue that was addressed immediately. The manager was extremely nice and responsive to all of our needs. The area was a little peculiar, but it seemed safe and was only 15 minutes to downtown which was perfect for us. Loved the private covered parking for the condo. WiFi not the greatest, but we managed. Over all it was a really cute place. Loved the decor! We would stay there again.

An amazing company! The best VRBO

We went to visit our grandchildren in Austin Tx and made the reservation. Upon our arrival, we were greeting by the property managers assistant. I have never met someone so thorough and professional In our many stays with VRBO. The property was having air conditioning problems and she was there to let us know that all issues were resolved and ready to go. Everything was immaculate and every need met in the home. The outdoor space was second to none. The kitchen had everything to meet our needs. Up to date and very nice decor. We made wonderful memories here with our grands. Thank you Vacasa, It was wonderful

Perfect size and super comfortable

Parking is hard and visitors have to park outside on street. Only negative comment. The place is furnished and decorated so modern and comfortable. Super clean and dog friendly. Nice quiet get away and close to nearby grocery stores and restaurants on Lamar.

Did I like it Yes and No

The space itself was ideal for us yet we had no idea there was major construction going on right nextdoor. The noise started well before 7 am and didn't stop until 5:15pm. This made it difficult to enjoy the space. I let the company know yet the response was " we have nothing in our notes about construction" - I did not find this to be an acceptable response. After a couple of complaints I did get offered a small discount for the inconvenience. It would have been helpful to know the situation ahead of time as we were there to both work and enjoy some time together as friends. Once the construction is complete it will be a wonderful place to stay!

poor communication and follow up

The property is beautiful, adequate and centrally located. VACASA's property manager was unresponsive, uncaring, often failed to follow up. It was a big disappointment considering the money I was spending. a. I was there for 3 weeks, and never got a night lamp for my bed. b. The outside light bulb stopped working, and it was never fixed. c. I requested tissue paper when I arrived, and it took over one week to receive one box. d. I had requested to have housekeeping once per week, and that was never given any consideration. e. I had seen a review complaining about the WIFI, and I inquired about this prior to booking and I was reassured WIFI was working with no issues. It was not, the internet connection was interrupted several times during the day. When I realized this was a real issue, I had already had several disappointing communications with VACASA that did not bother to complain, since all my other prior requests had already been ignored. Bottom line: This is my first experience at Vrbo, and I am completely disappointed. I got a nice place, and that was it. There was no support or desire to make my stay comfortable, much less enjoyable. I kept thinking that a stay at a resort would have been a much better experience for us, given the money spent. I was left feeling ignored and invalidated. Not the experience I was expecting given the money I spent. I am very upset about my decision to stay here.

Saved Vacation

Made plans 6 months in advance for a week in Austin with hotel. Got to Austin & realized from beginning the hotel left a lot to be desired and could potentially ruin trip. Found this listing on VRBO and booked even though hotel wouldn’t refund the money. Saved the trip! Enjoyed every minute of staying here & will try to book again next time I am in town. Thanks!

Stay was nice

I loved the house, I stayed 2 nights with my family. I was a little upset that there was absolutely no closet space in 1 bedroom not even a dresser to put clothes in or anything which I found frustrating. Also when I pulled the curtains back the whole rod fell on me. The house was very cute though and overall we enjoyed our stay.
