This property was absolutely perfect for our family and we had a fabulous time. We were here for our daughter‘s wedding. The house was very clean. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and they were super quick to respond. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was great. It was 5 minutes from the wedding venue and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was the driveway. My daughter’s car did fine, but she was scared to drive up and back out of the driveway. Our truck was not able to navigate the driveway without scraping. We did find a place that was convenient to park it, but we were concerned it might get towed - it did not. We had two grandmothers staying with us in their eighties and getting up and down from the street to the property was hard for them. The stairway made of gravel was not very stable for them to navigate. There is not much you can do about the driveway, but a real concrete stairway from the street to the property would make a big difference. Even with the scary driveway, we would definitely stay in this property again.

This house and location were perfect for our large group. There is plenty of room to gather in the living room, kitchen and around the large dining table. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Communication was remarkably easy.

This home was nice. The kitchen space was great. But did have some issues, compared to other places I've stayed that accommodated our family. The living space was very small, 5 places to sit. When there is a large group, better and more seating would be appreciated.The rug was very dirty as evidenced by an infant crawling and seeing his pants filthy in a short time. I would like to know why places are advertised as sleeping so many people but have the minimum in dishes, seating, kitchen and bath towels etc. There were 14 towels, very few hand towels and kitchen towels. Other places have been much more generous. When I inquired to get a few more, they said for 500 cleaning fee, otherwise we could wash the towels. The living space is open, and noise carries throughout, just be aware that this can be an issue. Overall it met our needs, and most enjoyed this space. The back house was great and accommodated two adults and their two little ones.

Great property for a couple of families! Met our best friends in Austin for the UT game. Had plenty of space between the main house and the guest house. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. The large kitchen and dining table allowed us to eat together. Close to the airport and an easy Uber to the game, we didn't need a car. Would definitely rent again!

Loved the property, very spacious and clean. Pool is not as big as the pictures imply but it was a very nice pool/deck area. Plenty of dishes/cookware. Driveway was difficult to get up, VERY steep. There’s room for 3-4 cars in the driveway but no street parking as the listing states. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great property- close to everything

The house was exactly what you see in the photos. We were blown away when we saw the ADU next door. It felt like two homes in one. We used the pool a lot and the house had all the items needed to function well when we cooked or watched tv during night. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Austin.

Convenient and Spacious

My family had a wonderful time at this property! The location was so convenient to downtown. This house was so spacious, and the pool and hot tub made great additions. The property managers always responded within minutes, and everything in the house worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

Great house just outside the city

This place was awesome. It is in a great location just south of all the main activities downtown. We loved the large open kitchen as well as the pool area. The house was beautiful. We had a great time!

5 minute uber to South Congress

Great house. Stayed in the house with 3 other couples for a wedding. Private bedrooms with great, open common spaces to visit and relax. We used uber the entire stay and it was so easy and quick to get around from the house. Would stay here again.

Great stay in ATX

7 golf buddies stayed here in early November. The place is very large and we each had our own rooms to sleep in (although 1 is a den with no privacy). The place was immaculately clean. Communication with management was fantastic with very quick responses. A short rideshare will bring you right downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Two-fer!

Besides a couple caveats, this was a great place for folks coming to Austin. And neither is a deal breaker. First, the driveway is quite steep—we had a couple Ubers scrape the bottom of their cars/SUVs, as well as me, so be aware. Second, the pool towels were required to be washed, dried and folded lest we get charged a penalty fee. Kinda sucks when we are already paying so much in fees. That’s what prevented the 5 stars. The space was divided into 2 houses with 4 BR in the main house and 2 in the “guest house”, which also had a kitchen, fridge and living room. The pool was between them. Great pool for lounging. There was a hot tub as well but we didn’t use it. Everyone said they slept well, and this is coming from a bunch of middle aged guys with middle-aged issues. Haha. We Ubered everywhere for reasonable rates from East Austin to Mueller to Downtown to Lake Austin. Worth a look for sure!

New build with great location

We had nine family members, ranging from 77-13. It was very hot in Austin with daytime temps upper 90s. The house was new and had an HVAC unit that did very well in keeping inside pleasant. Bedrooms had overhead fans so sleeping was "a breeze." The house lacked a few items that you might expect because it's new, but that will likely change over time. The most difficult part of this stay was the driveway. It is built at a sharp angle which could cause some trouble for large SUVs. I would recommend this property for families. That said, if climbing stairs is a problem. this would be difficult as 5 of the 6 bedrooms are upstairs.

Clean, new property

We rented this home to escape the heat in the pool with family for a weekend. The house is well stocked and full of space for multiple families. The pool is small, but did the trick. The layout, rooms and amenities are excellent. I’d stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Family stay/ graduation

The property is really nice & the furniture & decor are well appointed. The beds are very comfortable with extra pillows (love that!) & the home was very clean. The location is excellent - quick hop to downtown & close for groceries, takeout etc... The layout is really perfect for a big group with the primary bedroom on the first floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs & the adorable guest house out back. The space has plenty of gathering room for meals & games & hanging out. The hosts were very responsive when we needed something or had a request. My only suggestion would be a trip to IKEA to stock the kitchen a little more - extra dish towels, hot pads for the stove/oven, a few big serving platters & bowls. Also stocking some basics like Saran Wrap, foil & tissues would be nice. With a house that sleeps this many, people are likely to cook & eat in, so it would be nice to have a few extras. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would 100% recommend this place to others!!!

Great house for a large group!
