There were multiple negative things that affected our stay here. Aside from the fact that check in is 4 PM, and check is 10 AM (an hour later, and an hour later than most normal stays), upon arrival, there was no toilet paper, and after a long day of travel was very irritating to have to run back out to the store. Multiple dishes in the kitchen were dirty. There is mold in the bathroom near the vent, enough to be worrisome. The floor was not clean; if you walked barefoot in the apartment, your feet would be completely black with dirt. At night, when you would turn on the light in the bathroom, roaches would run away. And even though on the property description it says "No hidden fees," there was a random 250 charge put on my card from the property that I was never told about, and when I called the company directly to ask, they told me it was a security deposit and I would get it back after our stay. I still have not gotten it back. And the host has yet to message me back about this. The worst stay my spouse and I have ever had. I would highly recommend booking any other place.
