Great Pool House with Modern Design Touches!

"Even better than the pictures" is what our guests have told us. You'll love this spacious open house with modern updates and refresh yourself at the pool and hot tub after a long day of Austin fun! We have a custom built Arcade with all the classic games built in. Countless hours of entertainment. There is a great loft with a nice pool table, ping pong, foosball, high end furnishings, and a 65 inch 4k television.

This space is very open and appealing...great for a couple getting away or a larger group. The loft opens on both sides to the living and dinning areas and the 65" TV can be seen from all the way across the house. The garage has Foosball and Shuffleboard.

You'll get the whole house....in fact you likely won't ever even see us as we'll give you a key code before you arrive and you'll just check yourself out when you leave.

Easy access to Mopac and I35 or you could take the Metro Rail downtown from the Howard Station which is 1 mile away.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loud music, parties, and any other activities that may disturb neighbors are not permitted. If this is your intent, please look elsewhere.
We do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $99 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.

Pool heating fee varies based on season and length of stay (feel free to ask).

For pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us stuff like whether they shed, if they chew, if they are not fully potty trained, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. For shorter stays we ask for a $200 deposit per pet and we normally double that for longer stays (more than a week). Half of the deposit is refundable if the cleaners don't feel like they need to do a deeper clean to deal with hair, urine, smells etc and there isn't any pet damage.
