“Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Thank you to our host Chris for the timely responses, we had a perfect 4 day adventure!”

“The property was advertised as a hotel but it turned out to be a motel. There were supposed to be 2 beds per room that I booked but there was only 1 queen sized bed in each room. My room smelt really bad and had a humidifier, and the tub didn’t even stay filled, it would immediately drain once filled up, came one time and would never come again.”

“The cleanliness of the interior was first rate, from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the kitchen appliances, dishes and cooking equipment.The night sky was amazing! The view did not disappoint at all. The sound of the water flowing in the stream added to the atmosphere, especially at night.”
