Communication, check in, and in general everything was great. I needed to add an extra night on the front end and the team was very accommodating. The neighborhood is clearly undergoing changes. The units were comfortable, We booked both A & B for 10 adults and 2 children. Units were clean and well appointed. The only disappointments were in the construction standards, furniture, and cabinetry. These were clearly constructed as rental units and many of the design decisions were just odd. Personally I would not call it "Premium" and if you lower your expectations just a little, you won't be disappointed.
Our race team was at COTA and all stayed together.

Large modern home

This property is large. Only a a few bedrooms have the bathrooms attached. The neighborhood is on its way up but there should be pictures to let the renter know what he or she is getting into. I paid much more than expected perhaps because it was the eclipse weelend?the prior people who stayed really dortied up the place and the people cleaning has to stay well past check in. Im happy they cleaned and responded to all of our issues but when we asked to stay a bit later to check out to account for late check in they would not allow it.

Needs updating and working fence

First, the positives: the beds in all the rooms were very comfortable. Communication with stay heirloom was good but they did not do much to fix small things during our stay. Nice full size shampoo conditioner and shower gels in each bathroom. There were many things that did not quite fit pictures.. the sectional in the main house had tears in the cushions in multiple area of the sectional. The coffee table was also busted. To the extent that it was clearly slanted when you set a drink on top of it.. the upholstery on the chairs look like they were pretty dirty. The furniture definitely needs to be replaced. The outdoor furniture was completely thrashed most of the chairs were unusable. The property is not in a very good neighborhood though it is completely fenced in. This would be OK if the gate wasn’t also busted. we had to bring our own lock to make sure the gate was locked to feel safe since we had little kids staying in the house. There are were no wash cloths in the house and the vent hood on the cooking range did not have a working light making it difficult to cook. All in all it was a pretty good stay just a few inconveniences along the way that I feel could be easily improved and was just overlooked by the property owner. Also try to go for a run in the morning but did not feel safe in the neighborhood. Lots of loose dogs and other things that would make a runner feel uneasy.. furniture in the living areas need to be replaced!

Great Corporate Retreat

Our team stayed at this property for our annual retreat. Great sleeping arrangement for all 12 adults, and the living room and TV were great four our meetings and presentations. We would stay here again.
