The space
PLEASE NOTE: This is quiet building with professional residents. If you are looking for a place to party this is not for you! We have a strict noise policy.

Both sophisticated and fun, this 2 bedroom 2 bath is spacious and well lit with floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Perfect for staycation or work from home situation.

Kitchen/Living
Massive open kitchen, dinning concept with a fully appointed modern kitchen with everything from forks to pots and pans. Plenty of countertop space and a washer and dryer.

Dinning area has a formal table for work, converstaion or even a great meal.

Comfortable couch and a great TV are a great place to relax and just enjoy.

Massive floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of light and a view of the neighborhood.

Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have private office spaces complete with office desk and chair.

Main bedroom has a KING Gel Memory Foam bed that's incredinbly comfortable. The 2nd bedroom has a QUEEN Gel Memory Foam bed that's incredinbly comfortable as well.

Bathrooms
Both baths offer oversized garden tubs and evetything you need to look and smell good.

Neighborhood

It is blocks from UT, just west of St David’s Main and blocks from Seton and Heart Hospital. An organic grocery store and drug store are directly across the street.

This spot is classy, fun and close to it all. Unlimited parking, but I doubt you ever drive! Also the best pizza in town is downstairs!

PLEASE NOTE NOISE POLICY, don't book here if there is any chance you will make enough noise to upset our neighbors.

Have a GREAT weekend, please don't bust the joint up or scare the neighbors, they're really cool so please keep them that way.

Electronic entry with codes sent the morning of check-in, this means easy access.

We don't provide wash cloths (used wash cloth = YUCK). Need one bring it!

Park in ground level covered garage. Watch the access videos to make it EASY.
