There was no hot water the entire time. Couldn’t take a shower. Had to wash hair with cold water. Contacted the host via the app and never received a formal reply other than the chatbot, “I will have the owner reply.” No one ever did. Same with the TV remote as there wasn’t one. Just an Apple TV remote for a Samsung TV. No response. No sleeping pillows for the bedroom with twin beds. Had to grab pillows from other rooms. The apartment smelled musty which upon further inspection, the clothes dryer isn’t even connected to the venting exhaust. Also the water filter on the refrigerator needs replacing. The hospitality industry is about the details. Hot water is a non-negotiable so hopefully the owner takes some profit and fixes or replaces the water heater.
