Bedroom: one comfortable bedroom with a queen mattress, soft linens, rotating disco lights, disco ball planters with succulents, and a full-length mirror for getting ready.

Bathroom: includes a full shower and is stocked with hotel-style toiletries, fresh towels, makeup towels, and a hair dryer. Guests will also find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and bath mats provided for convenience.

Living Room: features a cozy couch that converts into a pullout bed with a queen mattress and premium mattress topper for added comfort. Disco ball mirrors create multiple selfie spots, while the stylish setup makes the space feel fun and inviting.

Games: guests can enjoy board games such as Uno, Trouble, Scrabble, and chess/tic-tac-toe for easy indoor entertainment.

Kitchen & Dining: includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and coffee essentials.

Laundry: shared with washer and dryer is located outside the unit for guest use.

Air Conditioning: The home uses portable AC units (not central air). The bedroom and the living room have a unit that keeps those spaces comfortable, but areas like the bathroom and kitchen may feel warmer during peak summer temperatures. If you tend to prefer very cold, central air conditioning, this setup may not meet that preference.

Outdoor Living: includes a private backyard designed for relaxing Austin evenings. Guests can enjoy a fireplace, couch, sleeper chair, string lights, and skeeball-themed cornhole for casual fun and outdoor lounging.

Guests will have full access to the entire Unit A during their stay. The home is accessed through the front entrance using a keypad for self check-in. Free parking is available next to the property on the gravel lot. The washer and dryer are located outside the unit in the shared laundry room. Outdoor patio furniture and fire pit are available for guest use.
