Graduation Greatness at The Jewel of Jollyville

The home's floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Friends and family came together from out of town to celebrate a graduation and it couldn't have been a better place to host! Clean and spacious and close to the Domain.

The house was roomy and had plenty of space for the 8 of us to cook and hang out together. The home was very clean. The communication with the agency was excellent with clear instructions on how to get in and how things worked. One of the TVs didn't work and they bought and installed a new one the next day.

This was the perfect house for our family as it was close to our family that lives in Austin. The neighborhood was great and very family friendly with tons to do nearby including Kalahari. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with.

Potential issues resolved

House and location were great. While I was en route to Austin, I received a text stating that the property I had reserved was not going to be available. Fortunately, A Stay Above had already located a suitable replacement property and was able to switch my reservation and accommodate us. My dogs and I had stayed in the new property before and, as in previous visits, it was very well situated to our needs. A Stay Above handled the situation very well and was able to prevent it from being stressful. I highly recommend the staff there.

Good property

My 3yr old daughter and i stayed here. TVs in every room with roku built in and nice guest option to log you out automatically based on date range set so no need to sign out of online prime,netflix & disney+ accounts. I have a disability so the hard wood floors and stand up shower in the master worked great for me. I of course had to pick up the rugs to reduce trippibg hazard but that's a non issue and expected when i stay. At VRBO properties. The huge tub in the master made it easy to bath my daughter and let her play surpervised of course, i think she felt like she was in a small pool at times. Very good communication with mngt company. I also have a large SUV mazda cx9 and had no issues parking in the garage now not much room for a 2nd car but could fit my SUV securly and have room to open doors and tailgate which was a very nice option. You could probably fit 2 smaller cars in the garage nicely and there was a garage remote to make it easy to get in and out of the garage very easily. Very good property overall

Nice easy stay.

Awesome house, very clean, description was accurate. Only negative would be the driveway is on a busy street, so you just need to be aware when backing out, or back in the driveway to make getting out easier. Would definitely stay here again.

House is spacious. Only complaint is the master bathroom shower doesn’t get hot enough. Refrigerator water filter needs changing other than that the place is great.

Fantastic and cozy home

We had a wonderful stay at this home!! But, I will say that it is mostly due to the management company (I think that’s what they’re called). The home is great, but we ran into a couple of hiccups that would have caused me to knock off a star or two, but the responsiveness of the company was truly remarkable. Don’t let these “hiccups” deter you as they were addressed promptly and have been fixed. But, you can also know that, if you stay here and have any issues, you will be able to reach someone immediately, and they will take care of it. Now, for the home. It was exactly what we were looking for. Roomy yet cozy, and soooo clean!! That’s a huge one for me as I’m a bit of a clean freak. I hate when I check in somewhere and the floor is dirty or there is hair in the tub. Not here - everything was spotless. When we arrived, it was pretty warm outside, and the A/C worked like a charm. Then, a cold front came through and, even with below freezing temperatures outside, we stayed plenty cozy. The only two things I would flag (not deal killers for me, but might be for others): The street that the house is on is pretty busy. We learned quickly to back into the driveway to make exiting easier. There are no USB ports. I am used to those being in houses these days so didn’t pack enough wall chargers, but we made do. Even with the two “issues” above, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We really loved the home and had a great stay!!

Amazing Stay

This property is just as the photos show. Had an amazing stay with my daughter for 2 nights. Very roomy, well appointed and very clean. The beds and bedding are so luxurious and comfortable it was hard to make myself get up in the morning. My stay was supposed to be with 6 more family member but they had to cancel last minute. Communication with Savannah was excellent. I will stay here again on my next trip. I highly recommend this property you won't be disappointed!

Home away from Home

What was supposed to be a 3 night stay turned into almost 3 weeks. We are locals that had emergency repairs at our own home. The Jollyville Jewel was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable and all the bedrooms had ceiling fans . The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We spent a couple of evenings on the back porch playing corn hole. The neighborhood was great, with easy access to major roads and a beautiful park for daily walks. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, so many choices nearby. Not only was the property great, the property management went above and beyond. They helped turn a stressful situation into a not so stressful one. Highly recommend this property.
