Un hogar tranquilo y cómodo lejos del hogar con hermosas vistas de Texas. Excelentes comodidades, a pocos pasos del lago Travis y ubicado en un campo de golf de 9 hoyos.

Point venture es una hermosa comunidad rodeada por el lago Travis. Las vistas de la semana están a tu alrededor. Como invitado, tendrá acceso a canchas de tenis, gran gimnasio, piscina y acceso al lago. El Caddy Shack Sports Bar en el Ponte Venture Golf Club al final de la calle. También hay camiones de comida fuera del club de golf. Los barcos están disponibles para alquilar en el puerto deportivo cercano y los huéspedes reciben un precio con descuento. Qué quieres estar en el agua, disfruta de una bebida en The Gnarly Gar (ubicado en el puerto deportivo), visita la cercana Austin o simplemente siéntate en el patio trasero y observa cómo juegan los venados, hay mucho que hacer aquí.

Our stay at the Lake Travis home was great. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to spend the week. We loved the location on the golf course and so near the lake. The pool was great and so was riding the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the amenities.

This property is so well stocked. There is everything you need to just come in, bring some groceries, and enjoy some time in the Hillcountry. We forgot a blow dryer, no worries there was an entire basket to choose from. There’s washing detergent and salt and pepper etc… They have done a great job of making this house feel like you’re just staying at a friends home! It has everything you need and a very responsive host! We had a wonderful time with the golf cart, exploring all the things that are in the neighborhood. You’re a golf cart ride away from a marina, a restaurant, a beach, a park and more! This is a must book!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well equipped! The Golf cart was the icing on the cake. We really enjoyed using it to explore the neighborhood and I dont think the experience would have been the same without it. We would definitely stay again! The stay and location was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a cheap round of golf and the best location ever without having to leave, you’ve found it! Very spacious and up to date. Master bedroom is amazing and the property owners are so so good about communicating and responding back when needed. We will definitely be back at this location.

The property was very nicely decorated and comfortable. All the amenities made it fun for the whole family. The hit was the Golf Cart that the kids named Golfie. The pool, tennis and just how peaceful the area was worth it. Breakfast at Tasty Bites was fun to drive over with Golfie. Definitely looking at coming back and enjoying the beach and more pool time. Thank you John and Tracy for being great Hosts.

We really enjoyed the stay. The listing was clear with what to expect and everything lives up to it. We were in an awkward spot for getting to Austin but the drive wasn’t bad. Kids loved the lake and riding around on the golf cart and the deer that so tranquilly roamed the property. The owners were great. Very good experience.

This house and neighborhood was great! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of accommodations in the home for our group. We really enjoyed the golf cart and neighborhood amenities! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The hosts were accessible any time that we had questions as well!
