  • !!! NEW 7 PERSON JACUZZI SPA WILL BE INSTALLED AND READY FOR USE!!!

    A lil bit of Austin Country... only 12 minutes from COTA / 20 mins to downtown Austin or 8 mins to Downtown Buda.

    The house is nestled on just under five acres of land. Beautiful shade trees. Covered front porch - perfect the morning coffee. A giant back porch with sail shades and ample relaxation seating and watching friends/kiddos play on the swings or play volleyball. If the wind is exactly right - Plenty of room to fly a kite on the back acres.

    Be ready to enjoy the stars - enjoy the breeze - sit by the fire pit.

    **January 1, 2026, A new 7-person hot tub will be installed**

    Spacious interior, with plenty of places to sit, talk, and enjoy your company.
    An 8-foot Pool table is set up ready to be played.
    Enjoy the extra-large family dining table, make a meal in this great kitchen. Plenty for all to do.

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved the house, it was extremely clean, spacious, and had lots of things for the family to do during our down time. We will definitely be back again!

Great place to Stay!

This is a great place to stay. No need to bring any extras for entertaining kids or adults, games, balls, volleyball net, pool table, lots of things to due for all ages.

Perfect Vacation Home

Every year, my family & I travel somewhere new and this year we wanted to experience Austin, San Antonio & surrounding areas - this home was absolutely perfect! Loved the location and the house itself was SO clean! We really appreciated the host’s hospitality and very accommodating for everyone in our group, ranging in age from 3 to 85!

Guy trip lodging

Our trip involved a lot of off-site activities, so we only needed the house for the bedrooms, bathrooms and evening meals. We were more than satisfied with the accomodations. Check-in process was easy, hosts were available when needed, and the location was exactly what we needed.

Everything was amazing! Definitely staying here on our next trip. Lots of room, great location, close to everything, all the amenities, and comfy beds. Entertainment room was a hit! Host was very responsive and communicated throughout!

This is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at in many years. The house has a fantastic layout with gathering spaces and private bedrooms. It is a cozy home that offers many diversions while you stay. We loved that there were labels on cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. We didn't have to hunt for anything! Everyone slept well and the beds were super comfy. The throw blankets in each room were a very nice touch. We enjoyed ourselves so much. It is a wonderful home and we will definitely be back!

Nice stay for our family for graduation

We enjoyed our weekend in the Palmer House. Clean and spacious and great space for the whole family to gather. Only knock is it is a little far from Austin city center.

Great home close to Austin. City is within 20 minute drive with no traffic. Felt quite comfortable here with my family lots of room to run around.

Originally there was going to be 9 of us for our sons wedding in Austin. 2 more family members ended up staying with us as well. The house easily and comfortably accommodated all 11 adults. The host had great communication, the house was clean and so inviting. I loved that it was a little outside of Austin in a quiet country setting. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful VRBO!!

Best house ever

It was more perfect than we imagined! The house is very clean and cozy! The garden is perfect for children to spend time outside! The bar area and ball pool table is a must! and they have the best host you can imagine!
