We stayed for a week here while in town for a wedding, and had a 14-person group, plus a 4-year-old. The five bathrooms was a big plus and one of the prime motivators for selecting this property, but we spent more time on the back patio than inside! It was the gathering spot. For a group so large, we never felt like we were bumping into each other. The game room area downstairs was a big hit with the 20 yr olds, and we used the coffee maker more than any other appliance. Eventually several of the party even made it into the pool.The 20-minute drive into Austin goes fast, and access to the airport is very easy, nice for the many trips made for various arrivals/departures. The road construction in the front of the property was not an issue, easy to negotiate and you could not hear the traffic while sitting out back.The driveway handled all of our vehicles easily. The Social Club across the highway is an easy walk for a couple of drinks in the evening, and the taxidermy place next door is a great spot for some interesting conversation...they even gifted us some free sausage.Highly recommend.
