Awesome property

I rented this place for my retirement party as I have worked with a ton of people from Austin. This place was perfect for 12 of us to gather and laugh. There is plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are amazing. Very clean place. Only recommendation is that they add a cheese slicer. Seriously, that is it! Would definitely stay here again over and over

Great place ands great location

What a wonderful stay! Perfect for a girlfriend trip for 3. The location made it easy to take an uber to wonderful restaurants (Phoebe’s Diner, Driskill Hotel, Cooper’s, Havana Cafe, etc) and local sites (LBJ Library, Random Center, State Capital, Driskill Hotel). And a perfect host, Lucas!!

A great place for a family gathering

The home was in a perfect location for my wife and I, along with my sister and one adult son. Close to good grocery stores, highway 35 and Meanwhile Brewery, a great gathering spot for families that has an athletic field, indoor and outdoor seating, food trucks and live entertainment on an outdoor stage.

Perfect spot girls overnight

Three of us stayed here prior to a work conference taking place outside Austin. We thought it was a great location close to South Congress. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the outdoor space was great (sadly it was windy and cool so we didn't get to take full advantage of the area).

Perfect family vaca!!!

The minute we walked in the door we loved our home. Lucas was quick to answer any and all questions. Beautiful open family area with an awesome backyard, wine by the fire pit nightly!! I had everything I needed in a very well stocked kitchen to make a lovely family Thanksgiving feast!! I also enjoyed my private balcony late night. We were able to be together or have private comfortable space if needed. I would definitely stay here again!!

Good location! Safe to walk/run into downtown

We enjoyed the location and the place was very cute. Only issue was the bed sheets had hairs on them when we checked in and thus we had to strip and rewash all 3 bedrooms linens! The other issue was we didnt have hot water the first day and with 5 girls trying to get ready to go out, it created a challenge. HOWEVER,! I did notify the host and he sent someone over to fix it. It was fine the rest of the weekend but just a minor annoyance along with the bedsheets situation. He did send us some cookies as an apology for the troubles:) Otherwise, we felt safe in the house, the location was convenient as we like to run in the morning to sweat out the night before and grab a coffee on the way back. There were several spots along the way which made it fun. Also it was very quiet on the street.

Excellent home away from home.

Though we were only there one night, just passing through on our way to Waco, we learned loved the place. Plenty of games to play, alcohol, condiments, food, coffee. Wonderful area, park across the street, scooters available to rent at park. Plenty of room in bedrooms and bath’s. Comfortable sitting are in backyard. Would stay at this place again if back in Austin. Short Uber ride to downtown

Perfect for our family

We have 4 Teenage girls and this gave us just the right amount of rooms and bathrooms to not feel crowded. Great backyard to bring our dog also. Location was super close to Congress with tons of great restaurants.

Well kept property at a great location

Check in process was seamless. Lucas was very responsive which goes to show great management and upkeep of the property. The property is well stocked with everything necessary to make you feel at home. We stayed with our two dogs. They loved the cool floors! The house is new and in great condition and very spacious for a comfortable stay. Great location to quickly get to Austin downtown and on I-35.

Great place to stay, 15 minutes to almost everywhere!!

I cannot appreciate more to Lucas for his hospitality and communication. He was very responsive, accurate and kind enough to let us have a Free one hour late check out! Also, bedding, kitchen and all the amenities in the house were really useful, clean and as advised. Location is also great, 15 minutes to almost everywhere. (UT. Barton Springs, Bat Bridge, 6th street, S Lamar, S Congress road, etc) Our family would definitely come back whenever we visit Austin again.

Great Spot in South Austin

This was a great place to stay! The house had an easy contactless check in, the house was nice and spacious, and the owner accommodated all the needs we asked about. Would easily rent again!
