The management team was one of the most responsive and communicative teams I’ve ever dealt with. I could list a few minor critiques of the property but given how awesome the management team was I would be remiss in not giving 5 stars. Would stay again and if in Austin will be looking for properties they manage.

UT Grad family house

Stayed here with extended family for our daughter’s UT graduation. Loved loved the pool, hot tub, outdoor recreation area. House is very open and conducive to hanging out with a large group. Bedrooms comfy. The area the house is in is a little bit far from downtown Austin and the surrounding area is okay, but not a lot of choices for food, etc in the immediate area. But overall we were very happy with our stay.

Birthday Trip to Austin

We were very comfortable with the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen set up. There is a train, but seriously was not a big deal. Unfortunately there was only one lounge chair available to us. The hot tub requires an app or something and none of us ever had the bandwidth to figure out. I do wish that part was easier- there was plenty of signage not to turn on the heat to the pool though. The location was good for the places we wanted to go- plenty of Ubers were always available. So the location was fantastic if you want to go to Congress Street, 6th St. and Rainey St. you are about 15 min away at most. Overall, it was a great spot for us.

Great Property

This property is just as described. Recommended place to stay. The train tracks are directly behind the house. We didn’t find it bothersome. There are earplugs provided by the host. It wasn’t an issue for us. Great property in a nice area.

Great place to stay for a family

The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the pool house with the windows that opened to the pool area were great. The train does go by quite often, but inside the house it didn't bother us at all. Comfortable beds.

Spring break

We had a wonderful 5 days down in Austin. The house was a quick drive to get downtown and just over an hour to check out San Antonio. The pool was incredible. Leaving here a little too sunkist. The house was clean and had plenty of towels.

Austin Marathon

We enjoyed the house however it was not disclosed during the reservation process that a train runs directly behind the backyard fence 8-10/daily and through the night. If you are sleeping in the bedroom in the pool house it will wake you up. You shouldn’t be required to read reviews to get all of the information.

Perfect for a multi-aged group

The house was amazing and super clean and comfortable. There is a train that passes by, behind the the backyard fence, a couple times a day. The pool and spa were also amazing. The little problems we had were addressed immediately. Perfect stay for a large family.

Great Spot

The common areas are large and comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 adults to stay. 15 mins max to downtown and very easy to get a ride share. Very clean. The host was extremely responsive. You should note that the "heated spa" (hot tub) does not have jets. Would stay again.

We stayed here with 10 girls for a Bachelorette trip and it was basically perfect! The house was nice with great sized bedrooms and the pool was amazing!! On top of there being an extra bed in the pool house opening up the pool house for a little pool party was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night and between all of us, we still were all able to get ready comfortably sharing 4 bathrooms. Some reviews say that the train behind the house was a bother, we didn't notice it at all and even the girls in the pool house said they never really heard it. Also Uber rides were always like 5 minutes away anytime of the day and we were a short drive away from most things. Overall her loved it and would recommend for a big group!

Great location, responsive management

As advertised, great pool and hot tub (though jets don’t currently work in the jacuzzi). Fairly frequent train activity just behind the house, but it’s not too noticeable inside the house and the kids quite enjoyed watching them pass. Management was quick and responsive to minor issues. Would absolutely stay again!

Ask questions before you book!

Before you book this property, make sure you know the following: 1. Train runs just behind the backyard a minimum of 12 times per day & through the night. 2. Pool & hot tub cannot be heated at same time. No jets in hot tub. Pool cannot be heated above 80 degrees. Back yard lights not working. 3. Make sure king bed in master bedroom has been repaired. We found it to be sagging in the middle & found the frame had been duck taped. Reported to host. 4. Abandoned van parked in front of house. We paid dearly for a 3 night stay. A week later, still awaiting reply from owner regarding these issues.
