Great property. Beautiful piece of land. Lots of areas to enjoy the view. I really enjoyed my morning coffee and reading outside. Great firepit, trees, deck, swing and views. House shows wear but we had everthing we needed. Great master rooms. Very comfortable. Great open areas with lots of big windows to enjoy the views. We loved using the large kitchen Island. The cabins were great. It's a great property for multiple families. Our kids loved it. We did a have a problem with communication as the questions we asked weren't answered well from the property management company as they aren't local to the property. Just know there is currently no river access, no dock access directly from the property. We asked and we're told yes before booking but after we booked we're informed that there was not direct access to walk down to the private dock. The listing needs to be updated (maybe it has by now). The marina is very close and there is also a country park real close for swimming, fishing, hiking. Despite the disappointment in not having direct river access like we were looking for in a property - we had a great trip and enjoyed the property.

This place is amazing, great views. Great place for family and friends. Home was spacious, and with 3 buildings in the premises everyone had their own privacy. Could not ask for a better weekend for a reasonable price.

Beautiful setting and property. A few plumbing problems and lack of silverware were immediately responded to. In spite of “bubbles” we loved it. Only drawback, we wished 3-4 members of our family could have also stayed….

Great spot for three families

Main house has two bedrooms. Guest house has king and two twins with kitchenette. Cabin has queen and queen over queen bunks. House is very clean. Don’t expect there to be anything for cooking there. Bring all your own spices, foil, everything. There was not a single trash can to be found in the kitchen/on property-just FYI. Beautiful property. River was non-existent, but we knew that being Texans going through the same drought. Stayed here for state bass fishing tournament on lake Travis. Proximity to ramp at tournament point was perfect. Views are great. Large grassy area around home. Gated and secluded. Home is a dated, but clean and well maintained.

Amazing estate

This place is a gem and a gorgeous plot of land. Three houses. Plenty of beds. Perfect for my family and cousins staying with us (12). If you love just being in the outdoors and enjoying good company this place is for you. I’ll note it’s a little buggy and the place was a little dusty when we got to it, but nothing too out of the ordinary if you know what you’re getting into. 10/10 would come back in a heartbeat.

AMAZING. BEST STAY EVER!

This was the best property I have ever stayed at. Me and my friends had the best time ever. The view was amazing, the photos dont do it justice. It was very affordable, and the location was perfect, everything was nearby and a ton of things to do. The river was beautiful, and the house was extremely clean, a ton of amenities,and toiletries, and way way way more value than what we paid for. Thank you so much for letting us stay! We cant wait to share this place with other friends and family for future vrbo bookings.

Great place!

The pictures do not do the place justice. Beautiful piece of property and excellent living and gathering spaces for a large family group like ours. Highly recommend this place in you are looking in the Spicewood, Lakeway area.

Weekend in Spicewood

Very nice home. Beautiful property with great views. The river was very low, which was disappointing. Loved, loved, loved the property. There were some issues with the cleanliness and the plumbing in one bathroom. However, property management was very responsive and sent someone out right away.

Fantastic location to view the Great American Eclipse

My wife, my friends and I stayed here for the eclipse and we were really impressed with the experience. The regal riverfront home was a hidden oasis, and the property was spacious and well-maintained. There was a lot of room for the kids in our party to tire themselves out chasing butterflies in the garden. The main house and the casitas were excellent accommodation for us, with modern amenities delivered in a subtle way that embraced the serene getaway atmosphere. The main house was a perfect situation for all the guests to play a spirited round of Catan. A wonderul time was had by all.

CONSUMER FRAUD

It was one of the worst experiences we’ve had, noting I’ve been a member and property owner with Vrbo for 9 years; this place was abandoned, a beautiful property handed to the wrong management company, when we got there we ran the water in the whole house and it smelt like rotten eggs for over 2 hours, we all got headaches and we went and sat outside getting bit by insects while we waited for the smell to vacate the house because it was inhabitable, the hot water didn’t work the entire time, and we were told sorry no one can assist us we could’ve even reach them via phone call we would text and get a response hours later, false advertisement on the private dock it’s so dried up u can’t even dock a kayak bc there was no water just dirt and grass… trees and branches haven’t been maintained making easy to scratch very expensive cars and trucks and gate is very flimsy and timed really quick so if you drive behind each other it can close on you and damage your car which happened to a 2024 f-150 king ranch that is costing $3,000 to repaint the bed side from there gate damage… please stay away from this place it looks like it came out of a scary movie and you are abandoned from management… literally in the woods and on your own!!!

October Stay

Overall great property, plenty of space for a group and beautiful views overlooking the river. Private and quiet. The river was dry and looked like it had been for some time. Property was mostly clean, and the only issue we had was with the stove top, we weren’t sure if it was malfunctioning or if we were just not pressing the right buttons. Otherwise we had a great time.
