Mostly good, battery in TV remote was not working Saturday night, daughters were concerned about stains in tubs, otherwise great place to stay location, reliving old college years, going to volley ball and Football game. parking was great.

Graduation
The place was perfect for our graduation hub. While the outside of the building and the internal areas are a little tired, the apartment was clean and the communication, attention and helpfulness was all top notch. The location is perfect for campus activities.

Wonderful, comfortable stay. Great location.
Came to Austin for a concert and stayed here for two nights. Felt very safe and was very comfortable sleeping here. Awesome balcony view! Super easy check in and check out process. Very well maintained as well. Perfect location and parking garage was a huge plus.

The apartment was perfect. Exactly as advertised. Clean sheets, towels, and dishes. The owner is extremely quick to respond and the check in process was a breeze. Would love to stay at any of their locations in the future!

Very convenient location to campus. Felt very safe. Make sure you have the parking pass displayed securely atop dash. Company towed my vehicle bc pass slid off dash. Even after I showed him it was in there, he charged me 220 to put it back in garage.

Right in the heart of West Campus. Easy walking to football games and campus. Management was quick and responsive. On our end, but don't forget to put your parking pass in the car or you will be towed. It was noted at the bottom of the instructions, just an FYI.

College Apartment
The location of the apartment, and the layout of the rooms themselves was perfect. Even had a small balcony with a couple of comfortable chairs on it. However, it’s definitely a college apartment… Been lived in.

Excellent!
Awesome stay at this rental! Walking distance to a few restaurants and a quick Uber ride downtown. We arrived very late, around 2am, and our door code provided did not work. I called the phone number and they answered quickly, even in the middle of the night, and we were able to get in!

You get what you pay for
This is an off-campus college property. That being said, the inside has seen some wear and tear. One of the bathroom showers, in particular, felt like it was going to fall through the floor. For the price, there was nothing that stopped us from having a good time.

west campus apartment
The apartment was in a good location and worked for us. We could walk everywhere and the parking garage was convenient. The loft bunk bed was a little wobbly and my daughter wouldn't sleep on the top bunk because of that. It would of been nice if there were more towels in the bedroom with the king bed and more toilet paper left under the sink. Otherwise, everything was good.

Great location - campus/football
We had a great stay at this condo. It's in a perfect location for going to a football game and walking around campus. Close to a great little convenience store (Orange Market) and well stocked for a weekend stay. The communication with the management company/property owner was amazing - they are very responsive and helpful. The unit is on the top floor and I will say there is a VERY loud humming noise that comes into the 2nd bedroom/bathroom (presumably from the AC units on the roof). They do provide white noise machines (and when we were there in October, the units did not run at night so it didn't disrupt sleep). The bunk bed in the loft is pretty squeaky, so not good for light sleepers.
We would totally stay here again.

Beware: The pictures represent the space, but not the actual condition and cleanliness.
Space was fine. However, with a very high cleaning fee I would have hoped for a clean residence. Instead, it was filthy. Think college apartment with a college kid clean up now being rented out.
The light switches were just disgusting and the dirt on the floors was gross.
The location was great and if you are a bunch of folks going to a game and don’t care about cleanliness, the place is fine.

Very Dirty
Pictures are not a fair representation of this property. The complex, area around it and this unit are VERY dirty...every wall, crack and crevice is dirty or scratched up. If you are a broke college student with low expectations in town to party with friends and just need a roof over your head this rental would be fine...but, if you are over the age of 30 and have ever stayed in a hotel that cost more than $100 a night you will be sorely disappointed.

College Apartment
Shocked by all the black grout in showers. The supervisor did show up to clean after I called but is going to need maintenance to remove grime. The paint on walls all scuffed up- worn out apartment fit for frat boys. Unfortunately there is no possible refund.

Excellent location
Area is located in west campus. Expect college life atmosphere. Everything walking distance
We had a snag with check in ( code would NOT work) but Chris was available to take care of it in a timely manner.
