This is a great place if you are hosting a gathering. We had a large family Christmas dinner here and there is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen cooking/serving/plate settings are a bit slim so catered food and disposable ware is best - that is what we did. The host is very responsive and takes all concerns seriously. The renters before us had concerns and the repair man was finishing up when we arrived. He was very pleasant and wanted to make sure he communicated with us as well as the owner so that everyone knew what was what. The repairs were minor and concerned the pool which we did not intend to use. It was nice to see a host take a concern seriously and act immediately. The cleaning staff is also very friendly; we exchanged greetings on both ends of our stay.
