High price for place in need of repair
It was midnight, we noticed right away, my 76 year old parents were not able to use the upstairs because of the steep, incline and short steps. So we went to bed and decided to discuss in the morning. Upstairs master had a black paper shade taped to the window, the faucets were loose. Kitchen was stacked with low budget bachelor cooking set. The table settings were plenty. Sad, dented, charcoal grill for a beautiful pool area. We did not use. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and we could not lock the door when we left from the outside. The door jam and the latch plate were compromised and coming off. It was a tiny screw that was put in a stripped out hole. We could only lock it from the inside. So thankfully the neighborhood was safe. We did sleep comfortably and there was one towel per person. One hand towel per bathroom. So couples had to share hand towels. That’s less than I get at a hotel. I prefer the house to hotel when staying with family or friends. In this case, we had to make do. The game room was awesome! I think the house needs some attention and A handyman for us to give 5 stars.
