Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house is in a great location, making it easy to get to the places we wanted. Check in was seamless…and we very much enjoyed visiting with Raymond! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

Great Location!

House is very clean & comfortable, and the hosts were wonderful. The location is great with lots of things close enough to walk to or make a short drive. Loved being able to walk down to the Lady Bird Lake boardwalk in the morning. Would stay again!

Perfect Weekend

This property was amazing! I really enjoyed the courtyard, and even though there are other homes in close proximity it still felt private and secluded. Walking distance to South Congress and the boardwalk was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Now my favorite place to stay in Austin

We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning. The apartment had everything you could think of for cooking, reading and relaxing. I especially enjoyed meeting and talking with the proprietor. It made our stay even richer.

Lovely space and great spot

We loved it and will be back. Easy access to the boardwalk trail and into downtown attractions. The space was well appointed and relaxing. 👍👍

Charming Austin Retreat

This beautiful little home is meticulously kept. You can tell the owners pay attention to detail. It is within walking distance to the Lady Bird Lake Trails so you can walk to your hearts content. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Overall, perfect stay in Austin. Host was very easy to communicate with. I appreciate them letting us check in early. Once we arrived at the property, her father in law met us, gave us a tour as well as food/drinks. The place was extremely clean and well kept. Would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Wonderful stay for the weekend!

Really enjoyed my stay in the cute apartment. The place had everything I needed and Raymond and Christy even had some coffee and breakfast items on hand which I greatly appreciated. They were very accommodating. The location was perfect. Thank you so much!!!

Comfy and Cozy!

This is a great location for all that you would want to do in Austin. Raymond and Christy were wonderful hosts and quick with any help you may need. We loved the close-by River Walk each morning and the fabulous museums and restaurants all around. If you go hungry in Austin, it's your own fault! Definitely a spot for a return visit!

Lovely Stay in a Great Location

We were in Austin for the first football game of the season. The location was fantastic - easy access to SoCo and the path around LBL. We received a warm welcome, along with a bowl of fruit and chocolates, English muffins and fresh ground coffee. The home is thoughtfully designed and incredibly clean. We are looking forward to staying here again!

A perfect spot!

From my first interaction with Laura when booking the property, to getting to meet her and Raymond it was truly a wonderful experience. They are kind, considerate and their wonderful home was such a special spot during our stay. Close to everything you would ever want but nestled into a neighborhood that is simply outstanding. Next time we are in Austin, we will not hesitate to connect again!

Hidden in Austin

This 2 room apartment is perfectly as described. Good for a 2 night stay. Location is perfect. Apartment is hard to get to, entrance is down a one lane alley, many steps up and down to get to the apartment.

Travis Heights

Visited the state capital, took a tour of Austin City Limits at the Moody Theatre, then attended a concert there. Walked on the Boardwalk along Ladybird Lake. Had beer and brats at Scholz Garten. Raymond and Christy met us when we arrived, and got us settled in. Accommodations were excellent!

Perfect little spot

This place suited us perfectly. Very considerately and thoughfully prepared. A little enclave with friendly, welcoming neighbours. Lots of books on a variety of interesting subjects and the house itself has an intersting history. Host was happy to advise about local activities and was courteous and charming.

Awesome

This place has a one bedroom with ensuite bath and then a living room with pull out couch. Full kitchen with dining room and kitchen and washer/dryer. Walk to cidercade and easy to get around Austin from here. We actually walked home from ACL (40 min). Great stay!
