Host was great…welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond. Great location…super convenient to airport, restaurants and shops on South Congress, and downtown. Place was very clean. Beds were really comfy. Rooftop space was cool…great view of downtown skyline. Pool was clean but freezing. Living room furniture wasn’t spectacular…pretty uncomfortable couches. Kitchen could use a few more supplies including baking pans. At no fault of the owner, had some challenges with the garage gate, but owner and building management were very quick to respond and resolve. Overall glad we chose this place and would recommend to others.

Only downside was the cost of parking. Absolutely loved the old western feel of the hotel! Also, the location couldn’t have been better!

I don’t write much so I’ll keep it short. Daniel, the host, was great and communicative. The place was great, clean, neat with all amenities you’d expect and extras in case you run out. It was as advertised. I’d stay there again without hesitation.

Stayed here with friends for ACL. Property was fantastic. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions. The property was in a great location for ACL and other restaurants were near by. The rooftop area was amazing to relax and hang out on in the evenings. Highly recommend!!!

Daniel was so very quick w communication and answered all of my questions w patience. I did have a little difficulty w figuring out parking garage but prob my fat fingers in typing in property email & password. Daniel returned my call immediately & walked me thru it & it was a breeze after that! Unit fully stocked w all we needed ( my first time using a clothing steamer & very helpful in getting our wedding attire to have fresh look). Beds all comfortable, nice to have W/D as this was our 1/2 way point in our trip so we were able to pack less.The location was a hit! Sons enjoyed the taco/ coffee place across the street and it was a short walk to the 'bat bridge', even for husband who uses a cane. A bit of road construction to approach I35 but seems like the whole city getting a reno so to be expected...Unfortunately time too short w all of the wedding activities so couldn't use pool or exercise room but we enjoyed the unit's balcony.

The building is a bit confusing to navigate but the host was very responsive and available for any immediate questions. Parking was very convenient and the location is close to everything.

The location was nice but the facility wasn't really family friendly. The neighborhood is near South Congress and downtown, which is great, but it isn’t in walking distance to either with kids. That said, the condo was wonderful and the host was incredibly communicative.

This place was perfect for a girl's trip with a spa feel. The only complaint I heard from the yaya sister tribe was I wish we could stay longer. Not only was the condo over the top, the pool and the rooftop terrace overlooking Austin was the perfect way to end each evening. Also when I had issues because of my lack of technology capabilities Daniel the host was able to walk me through it. The location was perfect because it was walking distance to see the bats from Congress bridge and live music at bars and restaurants. When I come back to Austin I will definitely check this place first. Thank you Daniel for a beautiful stay in Austin.

We had an awesome time staying at SoCo Urban Paradise! Our teen boys loved the room, rooftop & pool the most. We loved how modern & clean it was, plus it was literally close to EVERYTHING we planned. LOVED the amazing view of the bats at night also from the rooftop- so cool! Our hosts were EASY to communicate with & so welcoming. Would definitely come back & also recommend!

Great stay - perfect location!

Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. Check in and check out was simple and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. We were here for a wedding weekend and the location was a perfect spot with plenty of options for dining/coffee/shopping within walking distance.

Excellent Accommodations!

This space exceeded expectations! All elements of communication (check in and out, reaching the host, etc.) were easy to navigate. Location is fantastic, it was very clean and welcoming. The patio in particular was lovely. Will definitely be booking again the next time I'm in Austin!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I were traveling with another couple and we all had plenty of space. The property is clean comfortable and conveniently located. Highly recommend.

Great Property/Great Location

This property is a great place for an Austin getaway. Everything was 'as advertised' and very efficient and easy for checkin/checkout. Location right off South Congress made it an awesome place to walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars that line S Congress. Great Place!
