    This inviting waterfront 3BR/3BA Lakeway rental features an open layout, a granite kitchen, and two designated parking spaces. With three en-suite bedrooms and a sleeping loft, there’s plenty of room for eight guests.

    Take in lake views from your private covered balcony. Or pay a visit to the Lakeway Marina, and get out on the water!

    When you’ve had your fill of boating and watersports, treat yourself to a day at the spa, and check out the dining options nearby. The on-site bar and restaurant makes for fun evenings out.

    ** Lakeway Resort pool passes are available for purchase online for guests based on availability. Search for Lakeway Resort and Spa and rates and availability will be listed. **

    Enjoy lake views from your open-concept living area, featuring two-story ceilings and a serene neutral palette. Watch movies on the 55” flat-screen TV with DVD player, or sip cocktails by the gas fireplace. The sofa and armchairs offer seating for five.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    The chef’s kitchen with center island boasts granite countertops, a breakfast bar for four, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Prepare meals and enjoy them in the dining area. An elegant chandelier illuminates the eight-person table.

    BED & BATH

    Drift to sleep in three comfortable bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and cable TV.

    Look out over the marina from your king master suite, complete with a 32” flat-screen TV and generous walk-in closet. The en-suite master bathroom boasts a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

    The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and ample storage space in large closets. The second en-suite bathroom includes a glass walk-in shower, while the third en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

    Find additional sleeping space upstairs in the loft, where a twin bed with trundle accommodates two guests.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A wonderful weekend was spent at this lovely condo in Lakeway. Awesome view from the balcony, comfortable rooms - 3 with ensuite bathrooms, and the upstairs loft is cute. Kitchen has large pantry, 2 ovens, lots of dishes and cookware. Great location, close to many activities, lake, hiking, golf, wineries, restaurants. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing place!I cant begin to explain what an amazing trip we had. We came down to celebrate a friend of mine and had a great weekend. The marina is within easy walking distance which makes it so convenient to jump on a boat and explore the lake. Restaurant was close enough to do the same. The place itself was very well maintained and everything was top notch. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really great unit in building four. This is the closest building to the Lakeway marina steps entrance. Very nice unit. Well kept. Beautiful view overlooking the marina below and Lake Travis our in the distance. Perhaps the condo association needs to also provide day guest parking passes for a guest of the rental guest. For example it was weird to make other family members or local friends have to try to find somewhere to park over at the Marina because the MVC condo association toes so aggressively if they park in one of the zillion outdoor uncovered spaces labeled for use by MVC owners and guests. Seldom did any of these parking spaces ever have any cars in them but we were afraid to have my son from Austin and brother from shiner or friend from Houston use any spots when they came to visit for a few hours for fear they would be towed. This needs to be addressed with the condo association not the owners of this condo. They are great and super helpful. They even bothered to check on us to make sure we were happy after being there a day. Overall a really great experience.
