“On arrival the reception staff ( Angelique) was absolutely lovely & welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean with staff reaching out regularly for anything we may require. The aesthetics at reception were first class & particularly the Christmas decorations were elegant & glam. Would definitely stay again. ”
