“The cabin was perfect, neat and clean, it had all we needed for the stay. This will be a perfect place to spend with family away from busy schedule, host was very friendly and kind, replies fast. We stayed three nights, there isnt much to explore around but it was relaxing.!! We went to ponoma natural bridge, Bald knob Cross and Cedar Lake beach.”

“We loved the home and its beautiful location. The rental company did a good job with communication as we had family show up unexpectedly. Also had some racoons in the garbage first night we were there. Garbage is not in a secure location and its only picked up once a week.But.......My only suggestion for this place is the way it is setup. We all choose homes to rent so we can feel like its a home away from home. It so desperately needs comfortable seating. The couch only seats 3 people....

“The hot tub could have used a little cleaning and cleaner water, however, that was the only negative aspect of the entire property. Everything Else was exceptionally clean and the house is fully stocked with anything you would possibly want. We were down there on a golf outing, and the house was conveniently located in the middle of a half a dozen Golf courses. We will be back!”

“Visiting daughter at SIU. It couldn’t have been any closer! We were there for her track meet and it only took us 5 minutes drive each way. Unlike hotels, this rental was so very quiet and peaceful. I will admit that when I walked through the first door to go upstairs to the unit I thought, “what have I done?” but once you climb the industrial looking flight of stairs and enter your private unit, you will be in awe of this lovely old refurbished water treatment plant.We will be visiting...

“Took a day ride to visit our daughter and wanted something other than a hotel room. I stumbled across this little cozy cabin down by Crab Orchard and loved it. Nothing super fancy but it was perfect for what we needed. The place was a bit rustic and very clean and we loved it. There were deer and a few other animal visitors that we quite enjoyed. The bed was comfy and we slept great, the location takes you out of the hustle and bustle of the rest of the world. Would love to do it agian. ”
