  • Este increíble condominio de playa se encuentra en la calle 78 a menos de 2 cuadras de la playa en el extremo sur de Avalon ya 1 cuadra de la bahía. A minutos de Stone Harbor, este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en el primer piso está perfectamente ubicado cerca del océano, la bahía, el restaurante Windrift Beach, el Golden Inn Sand Bar, el distrito hotelero, las instalaciones recreativas y el distrito comercial de Stone Harbor. Entra y encontrarás una amplia sala de estar, cocina, área de comedor y 3 dormitorios de tamaño considerable (dormitorio 1 - Cama tamaño king, 2do dormitorio - completo y dos gemelos, 3er dormitorio - literas dobles). Siéntese en el porche para relajarse y observar a la gente. Dos televisores de pantalla plana y cable e internet inalámbrico proporcionados. Todo fue renovado en 2015, incluyendo gabinetes de cocina nuevos, mostradores, electrodomésticos, pisos, baño principal, iluminación y HVAC central. Cuarto de lavado tiene nueva lavadora y secadora. Ducha exterior y parrilla común para usar. Beach House tiene todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de tus vacaciones.

This property was in a good location. Block from the bay and 2 blocks from the beach. 1 mile to stone harbor shopping. Clean. Had everything we needed to cook and supplies for the beach. Liked that it felt like a home. Closests to hang clothes. Nice sturdy furniture. Quiet area. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed the convenience of this location and having access to all that Avalon and Stone Harbor had to offer! The condo is cozy and offers all of the amenities that you need to enjoy a week at the beach with your family.

The condo was very equipped with everything you would need.The one issue we had during our stay was the sliding door which malfunctioned and didn’t lock for a couple of days. The owners were very responsive, but couldn’t get anyone in to fix it. So, leaving the place unlocked when nobody was home made us uneasy. Also, the dog gate on the porch was old and tough to use. However, we loved the porch though and spent a lot of time out there! Great location. Easy walk to beach and nice walk to downtown Stone Harbor.

Weekend Wedding Stay

We had a great stay at this property for a family wedding. We were able to bring our dog and the property was perfect for the four of us and walking distance from the venue.

Great April Getaway

This condo was perfect for a four day trip with a toddler and infant. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay and the location was perfect. Being walking distance to the beach, a playground and a couple restaurants was very convenient. Parking was easy and the home is very well stocked.

This condo was lovely. We found it very clean with every accoutrement we needed and then some. The table was great for family games - the beds were comfortable. We had 3 cars and found it easy to park on the street. I would stay here again

Perfect weekend at the beach!

We stayed with our 1 year old over new years and had a perfect weekend. The place had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Excellent location, easy check in and out. Hope to stay again!

We stayed at this property for a wedding at the Icona. It had everything we needed for our family and we love that we could bring our dog. It was clean and comfortable and we would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Easy to access and good communication. Appreciate the beach chairs available for use. We hope to come back again soon!

Friends' getaway

Perfect overflow accommodations for our friends' group enjoying an extended fall weekend together a few blocks away in Stone Harbor. The house is very welcoming thanks to great hosts, and all of the amenities are outstanding.
