It comprises a 27 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 477 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 27 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A study
- A separate toilet
- A bathroom with a shower

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: one king-size bed (180×200) and a single sofa bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private, heated swimming pool, 4×8m, fitted with a cover on rails. The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September.
- A private garden of 477 m², partially fenced and south-facing.
- A 20 m² terrace, south-facing and furnished for enjoying sunny days (currently being fitted out).

The house is ideally situated in Avançon, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
