The Space:

Drift is a modern coastal one-bedroom apartment designed entirely for two. Bright natural light, clean contemporary lines and lake views through the living-area windows create an inviting base for a relaxed Avoca Beach escape.



The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is complemented by a second lounge/media room, so you can spread out and choose what to watch on the TV. The bedroom has a king bed, and two private bathrooms add an unexpected level of ease for a couple.

Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private lake-view balcony. The building has lift access, and free secure underground garage parking is available on the premises, including an EV charger.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, you will need to provide a digital copy of your ID and card details through a secure online guest check-in form. Card details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway in accordance with strict privacy laws; they will not be shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.



A refundable $500 security bond is required for the duration of your stay to cover potential damages. It will be released within seven days of departure, provided there are no issues.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $500, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
