The duplex consists of 3/4 bedrooms, ensuite, full bathroom and laundry with new appliances. Enjoy relaxing on the large balcony with a good book and a glass of wine. There is
a generous living area upstairs, which also enjoys ocean and beach views. WiFi is also connected.
Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed, ensuite and balcony with views to Avoca Lake. Bedroom 2 downstairs contains a queen bed, enjoying ocean views. Additional sleeping
arrangements consist of 1 x Single bunk and a full sized single trundle bed, plus a queen size sofa bed.
Please note, no children under 3 to stay at the property.
