Convenient Location and Responsive Host

Checkin & checkout processes were very simple and all instructions were provided without hassle. Location offers convenient access to various bus routes and on-site parking was a bonus.

Avon condo

Place was great, access was not easy and door code did not work. On hold with property manager for over 30 minutes before finally having a human pick up and gave me the correct code! Once in the condo was great. Clean and comfortable. The address given will not get you to the location with any nav app.

Location! Location! Location!

This condo is ideally located within steps of the lake, rec center, library, playground, and restuarants. One of the best equipped places we have stayed with plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils. Pool and hot tub were kept very clean. Comfy king size master bed and extra bunks in the 2nd bedroom were great for guests. The location can't be beat - with easy access to all parts of the Vail Valley. Highly recommend for a long weekend or an extended stay.

Nice place

There are 3 rooms for sleeping - 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room. Kitchen clean and well equipped except food / leftover storage containers. Hot tub was very foamy and not to hot, about 100°. In general a good deal in a good location.

Not as good as it looks

The unit is located in a very dated condo complex in Avon, CO which is conveniently located near Beaver Creek. That’s a positive. The owner does not show exterior pics as the area is run down and dated. Uneven walkways, broken floor tiles, cracked and missing siding, slow and too few elevators. The unit was updated as advertised which was a positive. The unit is noisy. Walls are thin so neighbor noise is constant. Especially the young family renting g above. We heard every footstep and running child. The complex says three hot tubs but one seemed to be broken, some said it is perpetually broken, so the hot tub was always extremely crowded. It also got extremely foamy from all the usage. We were only able to use the hot tub infrequently due to high traffic and overcrowding. Also, we rented from VRBO website, but the listing and rest of rental was directed to Vacasa. They stopped updating VRBO’s website and didn’t respond timely to emails on the VRBO listing. That was confusing and I probably will avoid Vacasa managed property’s in the future. Avon and Beaver Creek is awesome. The condo is convenient to the bus station and also offers morning and PM ski shuttles to the gondola. A nice feature. We enjoyed our stay, but we would not rent this unit again as we’d look for a better complex in the future.

Family stay

We enjoyed our time with Vacasa and the condo in Avon, CO. The location was convenient for the purpose of travel and the cleaniness of the condo was very appreciated. The only disappointment we had was the grill not working during our week long stay and no other option for our family as we planned meals for the week.

Wonderful stay! I’d love to stay there again !

Great location! Very centralized, I love the park it’s right next to. Very clean and delightful cabin decor. We were able to take a swim in the heated pool and utilize the hot tub as well. It was very accommodating to be able to cook there and grill also. Needless to say We were very satisfied with our stay.

Beaver Creek West is a great condo complex. The daily shuttle to the slopesis very convenient. The unit was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and great location

We loved staying at this gem in Avon we booked last minute for Labor Day. It wa perfect for two couples and one seven year old. Enjoyed the pool, the lake, and the close proximity to BC and Vail.

stay was decent but the condo was somewhat dirty in that there was dirty sheets under the bunkbeds and dryer cloths under the master bed. Additionally the dishwashers top shelf was broken and was unable to run the dishwasher due to not being able to completly close the door. location is great

Great Location and Amenities

The location was great - right off the lake and Nottingham Park. However, because of that and the holiday weekend it was very noisy and hard to sleep. It was also hot (no AC) but fans helped. 2nd floor made it tough with small children but there is an elevator. Great unit, very clean with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Tastefully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Building was a little hard to find, but office was helpful. Great little patio with BBQ grill overlooking the pool which was nice and shady. Pool was nice, but dirty.
