Very nice custom home with good views and privacy. We stayed a week in mid July, we did not use the lower level bedroom (two bunk beds with en suite) or office at entry. The good: Attentive host, well stocked and functional kitchen, free cable TV in entry level living room and lower level common area, streaming only TV in master bedroom, strong wifi signal, en suite baths with plenty of hot water, fresh towels and robes, functional and clean hot tub, sauna and gym, great views from deck facing street for evening beverages, updated furniture in living/dining/breakfast. Door dash is available but limited number of restaurants. The bad: mattresses in the master and top level queen were too soft, concave, not supportive. The only air conditioning is windows and fans - an issue in summer / wildfire season, indoor temp was 75-80 at bed time. Opening windows helped on cooler nights but wildfire smoke on some nights. Both upper level twin beds were firm. No TVs in both upper level bedrooms. Crazy story, there was a power outage (very rare) in the entire valley on day one (down transmission line, power was out for 12 hours). The host brought us flash lights to get through the night and the Ritz hotel bar fed us at no charge which was much appreciated. I would give all 5 stars if beds were firm and some kind of active air conditioning for sleeping.
