Great place to relax

With 7 adults, we liked how much space this place has. We could all lounge in the living room together and eat at the big table. The rooms gave us space to have quiet time. Loved the hot tub for when we were done with our daily activities.

A very nice house in an excellent location

Our family of 4 adults and 3 children stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The house was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable with more than enough room for all of us. The hot tub was great. There were 2 decks and a yard which were great for afternoon relaxing. Eagle Vail is one of our favorite places to stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Stay, Amazing Location

Property was exactly as described. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine. Perfect location about 8 minutes from Beaver Creek Village. Gas station close.

Great family gathering spot!

We loved staying at this home with our kids and grandkids: 6 adults, 4 young children. It was the perfect setting for a family gathering, being clean, comfortable and spacious. The "adult" beds were all rated as very comfortable while the little ones loved the choice of twin beds in the quiet basement or bunk beds in the loft. The kitchen was relatively small but efficient and really well stocked with any cookware we needed. We would definitely return to this home!

Great house/Great location

The house is located perfectly for easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. The home was larger than photos show and had plenty of space for our group of two families staying together. Home was clean and very well stocked with necessities. Our only issues were smoke detector that needed a battery change and the TV remotes did not work in a couple of the bedrooms. Would absolutely stay in this home again. .

Well stocked!

The Mountain Retreat was well stocked! We could never find a book or binder with helpful information like how to work the hot tub/Sonos/where everything was located/ what kind of coffee pots and what items were available for a baby. The hot tub is a great size but the water was cloudy. It took several calls to Vacasa to get someone to come out. Vacasa was not responsive on the chat either. I didn’t see a way to communicate with the owner directly. The drier did not dry clothes fully as the dryer door didn’t close all the way. The house was nice and a great location and plenty of room.

Nearly great, but no service of the hot tub and inadequate response when we reached out.

Property was as described and shown. Problems: no service for the hot tub. We stayed 10 days and expected a chemical check around day 6 or 7. Water got gross, green and slimy. Then hot tub lost power. No response from Vacasa despite reaching out twice. No toilet paper or paper towels.

We had a great time in Vail, the house was perfect for 2 families. The kitchen had everything we needed from pots/pans to spices. The only missing item was a humidifier. Looking forward to coming back!!!

Our daughter and her family came from Tennessee for a ski week – we thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. Our four granddaughters named the house “The Mountain Lodge” and are anxious for a return visit. The eight of us had plenty of space to spread out, with a variety of activities always underway. The granddaughters particularly enjoyed the variety of board games and puzzles that are there to enjoy. My daughter and I liked that the kitchen had everything we needed – and then some – with basic supplies like salt and pepper, flour and sugar, and oils on hand. My husband liked that our car was in the garage and not covered with snow!

Excellent! How soon can we come back? There was lots of room in this house for our entire family. We loved walking in from a day on the slopes to kick off our boots in the large entry-way, and then go to either the living room to relax or straight to the fabulous hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and there is an elevated deck nearby with a gas grill. It’s conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek so we can ski both areas! There are plenty of nearby restaurants in Avon and Vail Village. Groceries are available nearby at either City Market in Avon or Walmart. We enjoyed the residential feel of the neighborhood and want to return in the summer to enjoy the hiking, fishing and biking in the Vail Valley.
