There is a master bedroom on the first level with custom cedar walled tub room, a second bedroom with semi-private bath, and direct beach access. The upper level has a second master bedroom with TV and slider to the deck with hot tub. The sunroom with dual sliders to both east and west decks is a nice place to relax with a book and the spacious great room boasts a cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, clerestory windows and 42" LCD TV home theater system. The kitchen was designed with the chef in mind; you can actually watch the waves break while preparing dinner. The living area opens to a wide furnished sundeck. Guests will enjoy oceanviews from the 2 lower level bedrooms and relaxing in the shady hammock.

You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
