Perfect Beach House

The house was in the perfect location right on the beach. It had beautiful views from all of the decks and was big enough for the whole family to spread out in. I would recommend staying at Coastal Charm!

Beautiful home

We loved the view and location. The cleanliness wasn’t great- There was food splattered on wall by garbage, dishwasher full, candy wrappers in dresser drawers as well as a drawer full of someone’s clothes they forgot and fingerprints all over the fridge. There were a few glitches during our stay but we did enjoy the home.

Great Vacation

Everyone loved the house and location, just off the beach. We all had a great time. The ABC stores were wiped out, bring your own booze.

Family vacation at Coastal Charm

This house was just the prescription we needed for comfort and relaxation. Several family members traveled to join us and were thrilled with their accommodations. The house provided all of the amenities to make our stay pleasant and worry free. The furnishings and decor were tasteful and comfortable. And views…nothing short of breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again!👍🏻😎

We loved the house and the location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to feed our crew, even a crock pot! The bedrooms were spacious, and decorated nicely, but the mattresses were lumpy. There were ample bathrooms througout. We spent a lot of time playing pool and enjoying family time! Pretty Perfect house!

This house was very clean. There wasn't any smell of mold or dampness that sometimes happens. The layout of the house was great, you could see and hear the ocean perfectly. Everything was in good working order. The elevator was really handy for heavy luggage. Would certainly recommend this house. It is a bit pricey, but super nice.

A wonderful week!

The cleaning crew did a great job - the place was spotless when we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and small appliances. The beach couldn't be closer! We had a great week - went to Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, rented bikes and had a delicious dinner at Cafe Pamlico. One morning when going for a walk, there was a race, so we joined them and discovered a great route out to the sound. Would love to rent this house again!

We have rented Coastal Charm 220 3 years in a row with next year already reserved for us.

The home is perfect for a family like ours. We have the 3rd floor bedroom. My younger daughter, husband and their son have the 2nd floor. Our older daughter and husband have the 1st floor. Every one of us enjoy this house and hate to leave.
