The villa features two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds, along with three bathrooms, including one with a bathtub and another with a shower. The bright, open-plan living and dining area offers comfortable seating, a television and direct access to the outdoor spaces. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine.



Outside, guests can enjoy the private 8.5 × 4-metre swimming pool, furnished terraces, sun loungers, barbecue facilities and several peaceful garden seating areas. The covered outdoor dining space is ideal for enjoying meals beside the pool, while the upper-floor terrace provides an additional place to relax among the surrounding palm trees.



Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. Private parking is available for up to two vehicles. Smoking, pets, parties and youth groups under 25 years old are not permitted.
