“Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. “The hotel is beautiful but there is no proper beach close by so difficult with children as the pool was extremely cold and not heated. No one swam in it apart from the seagulls as it was so cold which was a shame as it was large and well positioned with sea views.”

“I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel.
They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage.
If you want to make use of a gym and a sauna during your vacation, this hotel does not have that option.
