Located 5 minutes from Azay-le-Rideau, this old house has been completely renovated and charmingly furnished to accommodate 8 people. Classified as a 3* meublé de tourisme, it's spacious and comfortable, ideal for family gatherings or meetings with friends, just a few kilometers from the castles of Azay-le-Rideau, Islette or Villandry.
On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area with TV and Orange channels, and table soccer. A raclette machine and waffle iron are also available.

The first bedroom is on the first floor and has 2 single beds or 1 double bed. It is ideal for disabled guests, with its en-suite bathroom offering bath or shower.

On the second floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms: a first bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, a second bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and en-suite bathroom with shower, and a third bedroom with 1 bed 140x190. A third bathroom with shower and separate toilet is located upstairs.

Outside, there's a terrace where you can enjoy meals in the Touraine sunshine or lounge on the deckchairs. You'll also have access to 3 hectares of adjoining private grounds.

You can park your vehicles in the enclosed private courtyard or outside the property.

Keys are handed over by appointment between 4pm and 7pm and autonomously after 7pm by key box. Departure is before 10 a.m., a delayed departure is possible at noon depending on the availability of the house.

Bed linen and towels are included: beds are prepared on arrival.
Household linen is provided (tea towels, bath mats).
