The kitchen has a Nespresso and a normal filter coffee maker. The living room is spacious and bright thanks to the many windows and is air-conditioned. There is a smart TV and, of course, free wifi access. The entire farmhouse is non-smoking. The modern open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, oven/microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms with 2x single beds per bedroom. The luxurious bathroom can be accessed from the hall and has 2 washbasins, toilet and bath/shower. In a separate room there is a washing machine and drying rack that you can use for all your laundry. In the same room is a heat pump boiler that uses heat pump technology to extract heat from the ambient air and use it to heat (potable) water. A sustainable and environmentally conscious way to produce hot water. A fixed staircase gives access to the first floor with a spacious bedroom with 2x single beds, adjoining a luxury bathroom en suite. The living room has an air conditioning unit. You can enjoy the ultimate holiday feeling on a spacious terrace with a luxurious garden set. The garden overlooks an attractive pond. Private parking for 2 cars is available.
