Holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms

The holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our house. We share the main entrance on the ground floor. A shared wooden staircase (accessible only with slippers/socks) leads to the top floor (second floor). Our own rooms are located on the ground and first floors. The front garden with seating is available for guests.

The apartment is approximately 45 m², but feels larger and can accommodate 2-3 guests (two sleeping spaces in the separate bedroom (1.80m bed) and one additional space on the 1.40m sofa bed in the living room).

All rooms, except the bathroom, can be completely darkened with electric exterior blinds. The modern kitchenette is connected to the spacious living and dining area.
