“perfect hotel”

“It is being refurbished., so a few problems. Room was clean, towels spotless.plenty of parking spaces. Staff including cleaner's couldn't do enough for us, they were excellent. We have stayed there before and will again.”

Turned out the lift was not working and my room was on the third floor; had to carry the luggage up to my room myself. “Room was good, clean and quiet. Could not get the wifi to work. Did not report it while there.”

“We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
