“This House is very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. The location is a 5 min walk to the Beach and very popular Tay St Coffee Shop. This beautiful house exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book it again and recommend it to our friends and family. One very small correction that could help is the VRBO location which calls the house TAY STREET BEACH VIBE when in fact it's on Valley Rd.”

“very good location and it is real water front house. the property has its own boat garage. handy place that only 5 minutes walk to town centre. clean and tidy in the house. newly renovated bathrooms, very enjoyable. the landlord is quite easy to communicate and all instructions are clearly and easy to follow up. just one bedroom has no bedside cabinet or table. it is better to put a small rubbish bin in bathroom (some bathrooms have, some not). “We had a great stay here. We were a group 5yo, 8yo, mum, dad and granny visiting from overseas. We had one very wet day and they house was perfect to be in. We enjoyed the jigsaws, games and tv that came with the house. The downstairs granny flat was a perfect space for our visiting granny to have some quiet space when I needed. “Loved the location of the Atrium Apartments - we were handy to boardwalks, parks, cafes and beach. The Atrium itself is an amazing complex - it was very quiet even though it was almost fully booked. Has a private gym, outdoor pool and sauna room. The room we had was on the 5th level and the views were stunning. The room had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer and the products needed. Also had a dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend the Atrium...
