"Have you ever seen those videos where someone rescues a puppy from the rain, gives it a warm bath, wraps it in a cozy blanket, and suddenly it believes in life again? Well... that's exactly how I felt when I arrived at Tranquilo. Sebastián and Christoff, the owners, don't just run a hotel—they seem to have made it their personal mission to make every guest feel like the most important person there. They're present, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. They picked us up from the airport, helped us organize our adventures, made sure we had the right gear for every expedition, and paid attention to every little detail. Their care for their guests goes far beyond the lodge itself. It shows in the equipment they lend you for jungle tours, the dry towels they carefully packed for our snorkeling trip, and countless little touches that made us feel genuinely cared for every single day. The food... absolutely incredible. Every meal felt like it came from a fine dining restaurant, yet somehow still had the warmth and comfort of a home-cooked meal. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I can honestly say I've never been taken care of this well at any hotel. Tranquilo isn't just a place to stay; it's a place where you arrive exhausted and leave feeling better than when you came. I'd recommend it over and over again without a second thought. 10/10. As of today, I have a second home in Drake Bay—and its name is Tranquilo"

"We had a bad experience with the hotel's social media support and management, but the hotel itself is very beautiful. The views are spectacular, and the staff's service is excellent—they're always available when you need something. I especially want to highlight the attention and the food from the cook, Lili. I truly believe the hotel would lose its essence without her. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs, so you need to be in good shape to access the rooms."

"Trato personalizado de una manera impecable y excelente. Consiguiendo dar solución a todas las peticiones de los clientes. Prestaron atención a un comentario de mi mujer sobre sus gustos alimenticios, y adaptaron el menú para ella sin ser nosotros conscientes. La comida es muy buena, a pesar de las dificultades de la ubicación. El servicio, en especial Victor, es exquisito. Mención especial a Patricia y su marido, quienes fueron unos grandes anfitriones. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendar y que repetiríamos una y mil veces. "
