"If ur a non smoker with family this is not the place for you, next door was drinking & smoking so we couldnt use the balcony because they allow smoking & it fuggen reeks. View & location amazing, apartments layout is nice but its old & well used & definitely needs a deep clean or full reno, its nice ..."

Newland View - Relax, unwind and enjoy - close to Encounter lakes and Beach.
"on the stayz conformation email and itinerary there was no mention of the name of the accommodation or its address. subsequently we went to the wrong address. if it wasn't for the host sending us their number and booking in email we would have been lost at see"

"The property was well mapped out communication RE check in also on point I left an expensive item in the room and admin contacted me and I retrieved it so housekeeping clearly trustworthy well played to them all I recommend this accomodation 100%"
