“Amazing view and amazing breeze! And oh by the way, down the hill from the property is the best beach of all time! Sand on that beach is like walking on a cloud. Shared the beach with one other couple only half of the time we were on it. Clear water, decent size waves (end of May) vs other beaches with zero waves. “If you are looking for a convenient, quiet location (except for the local rooster) that is literally a stone’s throw into the ocean then look no further. Communication with the owner and the property manager was super easy. Val (property manager) refused to let us schlep our bags up or down the stairs on our arrival and departure. “The house was amazing and exactly as it was on the listing. You can't beat having a house with your own beach to just stroll right out into the crystal clear ocean. We rented a car so we could venture out and venture out we did. Smugglers cove was great for snorkeling as was Brewers Bay. “From the moment we walked in to Limeberry Villa we were ecstatic about the location and home. Beautiful views, clean, and well-appointed. Jon and Jubi were extremely quick to respond to our questions and needs. We had one incident when an ac unit froze up in a BR and Jubi was there to fix it within 90 minutes. The location was great as well with multiple restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this villa. ”
